The agreement
These terms cover your use of BuibuiMedia. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so, and the agreement is with that company.
What the service does
BuibuiMedia monitors buyer questions across supported AI search surfaces, records the answers and citations that come back, compares your brand with competitors you nominate, and turns the gaps into recommendations you can review and publish yourself.
Which surfaces are supported changes over time. A surface is only included when there is a permitted and consistent way to collect answers from it. Surfaces without one are shown as not measurable rather than being guessed at or left out silently.
What we do not promise
We do not control what any AI system says or which sources it cites. Nothing in the product is a guarantee of placement, citation, recommendation, ranking, traffic, or revenue. Anyone who promises you those things is selling something they cannot deliver.
Results describe what a surface returned at the time of a scan. Answers vary between runs for reasons outside anyone’s control, including model updates and changes made by other companies in your category. Where we show a change after you publish something, we describe it as an observation, not as proof of cause.
Your account and your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into a workspace, for keeping your access credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under your account.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the permission needed to operate the service on your behalf: to fetch and analyse the public pages of the domains you add, to send approved questions to supported AI surfaces, and to store the resulting evidence in your workspace.
Drafts and recommendations
Recommendations, content drafts, and structured data suggestions are starting points produced from observed evidence and your own site content. They may contain errors, and they may not suit your legal or regulatory position.
You are responsible for reviewing anything before it goes live on your site, including factual accuracy, claims about your products, and any industry rules that apply to you. We do not publish changes to your website automatically.
Acceptable use
Please do not use BuibuiMedia to:
- monitor domains you have no legitimate business interest in, or use competitor analysis to harass another company
- attempt to defeat rate limits, resell raw access to supported AI surfaces, or use the service to build a competing dataset for redistribution
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or use the product to produce misleading claims about your business
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or disrupt other customers
Plans, capacity, and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Capacity is sold in monitoring runs. One run is one question, checked on one surface, in one market, one time. Your remaining capacity is always visible in the product.
Unused capacity does not roll over. If you reach your limit, monitoring pauses until the next period or until you add capacity. You can change or cancel a plan at any time, and the change applies from the next billing period.
Availability and change
We aim to keep the service running reliably, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Providers change their terms, their pricing, and their behaviour, sometimes without notice, and that can affect which surfaces we can measure.
We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice inside the product.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or that we are legally required to act on.
After closure, workspace evidence is scheduled for deletion as described in the privacy policy. Export what you need before you close a workspace.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product or from decisions you make based on it.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. For material changes we will tell you inside the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
